As new tiplocs are detected during an import of BPlan, TPS Schematic or the schedules feed, a notification is sent for the data to be mapped on individual tracks on a geospatial network. This includes ferry and bus terminals that come through the sources. Attributes such as CRS, Stanox and others are extracted from each data source and then combined.
Each tiploc can be mapped several times for each track that is required. The public list takes an average center of each group of tiplocs to create latitude and longitude co-ordinates.
